Refreeze tonight? As anyone who has been outside today can attest to, it has been a sloppy, wet day. Between the rain during the day, ice accretions from freezing rain overnight, and melting snow piles, there was water everywhere. Light north winds should help dry up standing water but there could still be some ice patches tomorrow morning. Refreezes typically don’t produce delays, so that’s why I would go with a 30% chance of a delay. My official call is no delay.
