Help or hindrance?Earlier this year, the MoCo Student film team worked together to produce a documentary on the decriminalization of marijuana in Maryland. We collected multiple perspectives including those from the Montgomery County Chief of Police, legal and health experts, and the Marijuana Policy Project.
