Weathering the Weather: Alberta Clipper

A quick burst of snow is likely to come tomorrow morning due to a fast moving storm approaching from the mid-west. A general 2-3″ is most likely with highest amounts in northern MoCo and lower amounts in southern MoCo. Snow should begin around 5, get heavier between 7 and 9, and taper off by noon. Temperatures in the 20’s will ensure that all snow sticks. Due to the cold temperatures, this will be a dry, powdery snow generally bad for making snowballs or snowmen.

A delay is looking most likely at this point, with a much smaller chance of school closing.
